Good question, deserving a response.

Wouldn’t it have been quite logical to separate the court settlement from the licensing in order to avoid Ward’s wrath for not getting it done after 2 stays? Both sides were under the gun to make some sort of progress. IMO the trial settlement only dealt with the issues of the lawsuit and the MOU dealt with MMP licensing. And I'm not sure if we have closure on the latter yet. If the J2 were granted full permanent licenses, there would be no need for an MOU. All in my totally irrational opinion. Opty
