I just can't see these companies getting all the way to the 2 yard line with parameters that are known and have been negotiated even if not agreed on, just to settle and potentially start the process all over again at a future time when there would be a whole new set of unknows and parameters. The SEC filings and PRs subsequent to the settlement indicate that the J's are licensees. They are among the 50 licensees. RG has implied and all bust shouted, IMO, that there is nothing more coming. Without the company specifically saying otherwise, I'm going to go with that understanding, even though I wish there WAS more.
