I disagree. If the J2 licenses were temporary, that point would surely be included in the terms of the settlement. And the settlement terms can not be divulged. What RG said I'm sure is 100% accurate, but to add anything further might undo the business agreement. If that is the situation, RG's credibility is still in tact as I see it.

If anyone is able to provide a different explanation why NEC America is not included in the MOU, I might be inclined to agree with you that the issue is dead. Opty
