It's one thing to reposition the company it's entirely different to virtually stop talking about your most valuable asset. I know Mr. Goerner makes mention of the MMP in each of our releases but they have definitely tempered their enthusiasm. The question is whether this is by design in an attempt to sell the company as an entirely new entity or, is TPL/PTSC expecting a protracted debate with the USPTO? I know it's dangerous to read to much into the examiner's reports but, couple the general attitude of them with Mr. Goerners comment and it makes me think we've been given a warning of what may be happening. If that's true than it may explain why they are pressing so hard to get people to look away from the MMP and see the company for much more. The reality is this situation is unfolding very quickly. We've seen more progress in the last 3 months then we've seen in the last 2 years. I can't help but wonder is part of that is to buffer against any set backs that come in the USPTO process. I really believe the BOD is finely feeling the heat and they don't want to be seen as lackadaisical in waiting for a USPTO resolution. So far Mr. Goerner has been 100% truthful with his words that's why I can't get his comment off my mind.
