Reuters drops rating on 2 of 4 PTSC components

while the overall rating remains OUTPERFORM (their highest rating).

Reuters ratings of PTSC Technical Factors and Operational Trends have been lowered from OUTPERFORM to NEUTRAL. The other 2 components, Fundamental Quality and Value Catch-up, remain rated as OUTPERFORM, as does PTSC's overall rating.

The bottom line is that the overall rating is now comprised of 60% OUTPERFORM and 40% NEUTRAL. This is a change from 100% OUTPEFORM.
