No not at all, october could be the month...what we want to see is the following posting on the PTO site..

Notice of Intent to Issue a Reexam Certificate


It will take 60-90 days after that top get it actually issued and printed in the Official Gazette...but for our purposes...all we want to see is the intent notice.
