Look again.

Recall how I posted about the effective closing time, down to the minute: 12:01am on the closing date (so the transfers could have easily been accomplished on the 29th/30th). BTW, I don't think you can assume that the "acquisition completed" date is necessarily the "closing date" (especially when arguing that the exchange of consideration had to occur after the closing date/time). This, I believe, was the basic error in your reasoning.

And yes, I did say that there was flexibility built into the agreement such that if the parties agreed, they could do whatever (act in advance).

I even suggested that the "missing" ~12M shares could have been for tax withholding as suggested in the agreement.

I offerred alternative methods/explanations of how those 20M shares were part of the CrossFlo deal.

Now which part of your arguments were right?

The part about how those 20M shares had to be for something other than the CrossFlo deal?

The part about how it would be impossible for those shares to be part of the CrossFlo deal?

The part about how it could only be if they had made a typo, a mistake.

Bottom line:

I insisted that those 20M shares were part of the CrossFlo deal.

You insisted pretty strongly that they weren't; couldn't possibly be (unless they made an error in their reporting).

Now, think hard, who was correct in their basic premise, and who was totally wrong?

Before, I was reasonably gentle in pointing out your error - giving you a "it happens to the best of us". But your continued argument suggests a closed mind, more apt to suggest some nasty scheme by PTSC management or a blatant error over exercising some common sense, or at least some ability to accept an alternative explanation for what was pretty darned obvious. Just can't take the high road, and acknowledge a mistake on your part? And please note that in the message to which you replied that I merely pointed to your error, and didn't go jumping up and down yelling "and I was right, I was right!".

You've earned an "ignore" from me. Please reciprocate.

SGE
