Re; B-Lunist, No you can't change your forecast. It is not allowed. You will just have to 'suffer' the consequences of being wrog if that is what happens. The 'big ole dumb guy' aint so dumb. We will see a spike on patent validation followed by a significant group of new licenses

OK. I'll leave my old forecast stand and suffer the rotten tomato toss.

A sustained spike is still going to be tough unless "reported earnings" start to show a significant improvement. That's unlikely to happen in the next few Qs

My cautious forecast in part was based on knowledge of the typical long sales cycle times for large $ orders of hardware/softrware products. It is especially difficult for small companies to break into the large customer market place. In reading the letter I'm less concerned - they seem to be doing all the right things to get there.
