My question to you is - Just what is the necessity to get it done pronto? With the share price nearing the very bottom of the toilet do you think RG is capable of achieving what you are hoping for with what he is asking for?

IMHO if we do not get PTO validation of the key MMP patents we are toast, no matter what RG does. If we do get PTO validation, then he should have the cash to do what he needs to do. And at that point one would hope the shares they buy back every day will be worth more when he goes to use them, not less.
