I very much agree with you with what you post here. It is sad and it is ironic and it is true.

At the same time, it is sad, true, and ironic, that the very people who have made it possible for Goerner to be guiding the ship so seemingly well, are the very people who are directly responsible for having put him in this sad, ironic and true position, the B.O.D. I think if they had ever, or were prepared now to show any interest in or alignment with the retail shareholder, then Goerner's request for these additional, and probably essential tools would not fall on such suspecting and in many cases, deaf ears.
