Could be, but his interim employment agreement with an effective date of 2/29/08 stated that the interim period was not to exceed nine months...so they cut it pretty close...should have been a lot sooner IMO, especially with RG attending and and repesenting us at so many conferenmces lately and in the near future...a good way to start the conference in NYC though..to get the newly appointed, permanent CEO as your main spokesperson and some news to about that to kick it off at the conference too.
Now if we could only get a COB for our BOD we'd be in sync with the rest of the public companies...why that hasn't occurred for so long still puzzles me...JMHO
