Cleanser:

As you're aware, a jury can determine if the J-3 infringe on the MMPs.

If a jury were to rule that the J-3s do not infringe on the MMPs, that would blow a pretty big hole in the MMPs. If a jury ruled that the J-3s didn't have to pay for a license, why would any other company pay for one after the ruling??? I believe that TPL didn't want to risk any damage to the MMPs.

I have no idea what Ronran's opion is as I don't read the Yahoo board.
