Heres my problem.... its very clear that Crossflo would not have survived much longer without major financial help. Even with help from PTSC it appears that it will still need more financing......

While you may be optimistic about the gamble/risk the BOD is willing to take with company money........i dont have enought trust with this group to just let them have a free pass.....

Based on the information im seeing.... we gave up alot for the company .... $10 million?? for a company that had limited revenues and major cash problems.. disgusting...

I hope it turns around... but guess its just another carrot on a stick for me.....
