How about Swartz selling? Would you consider all of the selling by Swartz "harm" or are you referring to some backroom agreement that would be next to impossible to substantiate?

Are you irritated that they signed you up as the shareholder rep and then promptly shut you up with a confidentiality clause? Is that it? You have nobody to blame but yourself as it was you that signed the confidentiality agreement.
