Since i was at the SHM this is my interpretation...

This is the second time that i listened to and talked to Dan L ......

It has to be obvious that TPL knows the sharholders thoughts.....

When the BOD were being questioned about their work ethic/qualifications Dan jumped up to their defense.....

HE STRONGLY made his point that he would NOT have signed a deal with PTSC without a strong board/compentsation/ and felt that they all were doing a good job.....

So my take is that Dan was telling the crowd by jumping to their defense is that if " I "like them then you too must like them....

It was a power play IMO to let us know who is in charge of the money flow coming to PTSC....

I think we all know who's our Daddy/ Pedro/ at the moment....
