If Gloria received $144,000 k and spent around $30k on PTSC... im sorry my friend but that is signficant. Personaly i dont put away 15-20% of my salary into one stock... and let one purchase all 30k on one day...... 30k is 30k....

Do you put 16% back into the company you work for?? Maybe 5-9% into a 401k that select various funds/stocks to protect your investments......

You can argue what value Gloria brings to the BOD....and whether $140,000 is fair...... whatever..... if its not her.. its someone else occupying that postion and salary....

As far as Im concerned... CJ is fair game to rip....... but Gloria has stepped up...
