I definitely agree with all that you have said..I would add that the timing is very significant. There are many stocks on fire sale right now..Gloria could have purchased some blue chip stocks..but she went with PTSC (under no requirement to do so other than ethical)..her efforts should not be down played in any fashion..30K to plunk down right now (timing wise) is very significant..I don't think that she bought these shares to merely save face..but saw the underlying value as well..IMHO..
