I agree with both of your post in principle however on November 21st I submitted a post that in part stated:

"If we should see the board start buying in mass then believe me they have rec'd word from up North that Dan thinks they should and there probably is a good reason.

I do not think that we need to jump up and down with excitement when we have a very expensive board member put some money into the company that has been a cash cow to her." (11/21/08)

The point of my response to both of you is not only to agree with you ( I expect the checks to be in the mail) but to suggest that it is not RG who is pushing the board to invest but Dan Leckrone who is pulling the strings. Recall his comments at the shm and how HE insisted that the board members be compensated as they are worth every penny and how HE enjoys working with this board and how effective they are (?).

At the end of the day I think that though we think we know how much DL and TPL controls what happens to ptsc we will learn that there is much more control there.
