Well now

Question #1. No counter claim for the flash patents? Only MMP patents in the counterclaim. Have we severed those flash patents from the MMP litigation?

Question #2. Only the 336 and 749 are included in the MMP counterclaim. What happened the 584 and 890 that were mentioned in the original filing? Is there rationale for exclusion of the other two in the counterclaim?
