IMHO it has nothing to do with Swartz...other than the obvious reason that they couldn't buy before this because of the blackout period...the "Why Now???" question could be answered by the fact that RG has just given a couple of presentations in Florida and NYC and plans on going to Europe to do the same...

The BEST way to show those who you are trying to interest in your company is to show them, right after your factual presentation, that those in leadership positions are buying in ...if one wants strangers to listen to your story and want them to believe that your business plan is sound, with the future being improved from the present...there is no better way than to show them you and your BOD just put some "skin in the game". Thus that's why you're seeing them all buy in at the same time...an expression of unity I guess
