I may not know what I am talking about and I have asked Wolf for a full copy but the section that is mentioned here in the complaint is not necessarily bad news.

I have believed for a while that the "first signers" bonus that TPL has offered on an ongoing bases has been steep discounts to what we actually may have incurred in patent infringements based on actual revenue that all those now admitted infringers made off our patents.

So, I wonder if a max of six years of infringement which seems to be one of the issues that these folks are seeking to obtain from the courts could be (could it not) substantially more in license payments then we have ever seen in "the discounts and early bird signers".
