When PTSC/TPL filed suit in Texas, the case was allocated to Judge Folsom, he has now transferred the case to Judge Ward as a matter of expediency - call it internal housekeeping. This is NOT to say that the case has been transferred from California to Texas.

Judge Fogel has refused to grant a transfer and the case continues in California.

It will be interesting to see if he orders a fresh Markman or if the T3 demand one given that there already exists the legal definition of the claims construction.
