Obviously judge Folsom was made aware that there was a related case still pending with judge Ward. But did the Calif court know that when it rejected the motion requesting a transfer to EDofT?
Is it possible that TPL/PTSC were not allowed to say anything to the Calif court that might indicate the case in Texas was still ongoing? If so, perhaps now that it is public knowledge, the Callif court might reverse its decision???
That would seem to be the logical next step. Or is it?
