Jep, you're absolutely right. I was one of the first, who "ignored" the fact, that the HTC case is just moved from Texas left side to Texas right side (and not from CAL to TX).

But the point of yesterday's pacer is the "pending" phrase, which caused excitement. I'm waiting for a response from IR on this, though I don't expect something with substance...
