I looked at the history of posts from that wonderful all-around good guy, Wolfpackvolt and saw that the California case is being heard by Judge Jeremy Fogel. Judge Folsom is in the East District of Texas. Therefore, it would appear this is NOT a transfer of the T3 case filed in California to the Eastern District of Texas but rather the transfer of TPL's case filed in the Eastern District of Texas.
