GCduck...doesn't the file show that the case was "DISMISSED"..if so, then it's basically on the "dead pile"...I know the single word "pending" is causing some renewed interest in a possible follow-up but... IMO...I can't conceive of a dismissed case arising from the "dead pile".

Ward/ the court porbably has the responsiblity to make sure that whatever was agreed upon(MOU) is adhered to and thus has some ongoing oversight, but I think there is too much hope being put into something coming down the line from this dismissed case.

I'm not a lawyer by practice, and I could be wrong, but those with more experience than I, like Ron on the Yahoo board, have commented on the same subject in basically the same manner recently. His info and background and opinions would be more reliable than mine.
