Mr. Goerner/ Ms.Hartley:

Can someone explain to me WHY???... We have gone so long without an elected/appointed COB. There has to be some instruction in our Corporate BY-Laws that indicate how and when a COB should be named….

As a public company, we have to be the only one I know of that has no COB and even has had a SHM without one…the shareholders need to have one person named to that position so we have someone we can rely on to protect our shareholder interests…that is the main reason for a COB.

Can someone please explain and please have this omission corrected ASAP.
