Thank you for the reply. The issue and substance of your message doesn't bug me. I guess the inflection of my question was lost in 'type'.

I was perplexed by the response from your lawyer/friend that you included in your post. It just seemed to me that the example he/she offered to you would in no way be one that should/would be kept confidential.

You're right, though. I should ask a lawyer if it bugs me that much. FWIW, I won't be asking a lawyer ;-).
