So what you are saying is:

TPL´s odds were bad because the Jugde wouldn´t validate the patents so they settled for nothing instead of loosing... Agreed to be silent about the Settlement and took money as long es they could from other possible infringers and now since everybody knows s.th is wrong nobody pais anymore?
