No one was disapointed more than me with the results of the J's settlement. I was, and am totally perplexed considering our almost total victory in the Markman Hearing. How this could have happened is just unbelievable. I think when a Judge decides to agree to non-disclosure agreements he should place more consideration for investors who are befuddled and left in the dark. It is almost criminal to do so, in my opinion, and if the reason to do so in some way included to hide an embarassing performance then I would say it is certainly criminal.
