If you follow the USPTO filings, usually after a litigation search is rquested then 2 weeks later either a final decision or non-final decision is sent to the patent owner. Since no one has mentioned that a litigation search was requested then I don't think a decision will be forthcoming before years end.

Hope I am wrong because I don't want to be a grinch here.
