WHY does this appear that the FLASH patent porfolio that belongs to TPL is intertwined with the MMP jointly owned by TPL and PTSC. Interesting that we are involved in a lawsuiit, probably includes paying a share of the bills. Like paying for Alliacense who is enforcing these patents. Are we riding TPLs coattails and getting a good deal or are we subsidizing their growth. We aint doing all that good.
