It is pretty clear to me:



TÜL settled the core flash with asustek because california said the Texas Judges dont know those patens and therefore keep the case in california.

So now again it is only MMP so they should be transfered to Texas...



And TPL seems to really want to Texas and Judge Ward. Why? That I don´t know but they have a reason thats for sure: $$$
