Unfortunately, when TPL tried to license all there patent portfolios (MMP and there others) to the same customers at the same time there potential customers were the ones who wanted to bundle everything into the same trial. In the J's trial we were in discovery overload, you would think they would have learned from that.

Do you think they used us to get a better settlement on the flash portfolio? Or did they did they settle cheaper on the flash P, to help us? If those are the two only questions I think most would agree with the first. But, there are some things we will never know
