Signings may have dwindled because the ASKING PRICE for the MMP license has gone up signficantly.....

This is also the first time we see infringers taking their complaints and filing against Tpl/PTSC - eg. T3

(if the MMP signings were cheap.......companies wolud sign on and move forward.....)
