The most recent Pacer is dated the 24th. This one you refer to re: Leckrone's declaration of settlement is dated the 19th.

Did this settlement unravel?

Why would Leckrone make an idividual declaration and not some type of joint statement in conjunction with someone from Asustek?

Did Asustek pull a fast one on Leckrone and now leave him hanging with a perjury situation?

This concerns me. Maybe just a holiday filing mistake? I hope so...
