So it appears that what you're suggesting is that the J2.5 got ALL their chips from Intel, AMD, HP or some other(s) already MMP-licensed chip supplier.

Obviously the J's did not purchase all their chips from the above companies. Doesn't anybody remember all the data BaNosser supplied about the chips the J's made on their own and purchased from our old friend ARM??

This is the part about the J's settlement that bothers me... Intel, AMD and HP do not supply all their chips. One factor that could be an issue though is infringement itself. Possibly all the products that we accused the J's of infringing, did only use Intel, AMD, Fujitsu or HP etc... chips?

The other issue that really bothers me is that we will never know, why two of the top ten electronic producers in the world got off for very little.

By the way, speaking of the missing, where is BaNosser?
