Great in theory, but APL is still years away from developing a successful prototype, not to even mention affordability, and practicality in commerical applications. I would imagine once it is developed it could be practical in scientific ,or possibly military applications, which would still leave a huge market for conventual computers. So, considering we have have several years to litigate infringers after our patents expire I think we and our patents are safe from this new theoretical technology. But nice try.
