As I posted, GOOD fundamentals with "guidance and visibility of repeatable consistent revenue growth" will be required to interest institutional investors, NOT JUST a $5 PPS gained through an R/S.

I think PTSC will begin to show that growth in time through its new ventures, and the MMP will not necessarily take a back seat, but will serve as a "cash infuser" of sorts to grow the company through additional acquisions (of course provided the USPTO revalidates, and the legal challenges of infringers are overcome).

As to who those institutions are, I can't tell you specifically, however, I assume they exists as I've read many a story stating so, similar to this one:
