My first reaction to the statement "currently all claims stand rejected" NOT CONCERNED.... This is what a defendant wrote in a court pacer....(yes They brought the case so they are not really the defendant)... the word "currently" seems to imply it is in flux or not decided...

Pacer are full of verbiage that is not factual and opinion..... "This is fatal to the defendant's claim"

Possibilities

when a patent is found to have prior art all claims are rejected .... This would be the ONLY senecio I can see us losing all claims.... the prior art was under review...
