Thanks Milestone. I admit to being asleep at the wheel and somehow missing that ever being discussed here.

So, where does that leave us? What is the liklihood of Charles Moore changing the mind of the examiner to reverse the non-final rejection against 1- 5 claims? 50/50?

....10 claims? 75/25% chance against changing examiner's mind?

....ALL claims? 0% chance of changing examiner's mind?

Shareprice of .13 is making 'cents' to me now.
