That's exactly what I meant. I'm not concerned with the affect on the SP. I was only stating the obvious, now a SH letter from Mr. Goerner is a must. I expect the letter will say something to the affect of,
"While we understand the German Courts ruling has no bearing on the USPTO, we do feel is reaffirms Patriot's position regarding the value of the MMP Portfolio and the scope of it's application in virtually all modern high speed microprocessor's today. We are pleased that our European counterparts have evaluated and come to the same conclusion."
I'm sure it will be somewhat vague as to not piss off the USPTO or come across as demeaning. I look forward to an updated letter.
