Which German company, or companies, sought to nullify the patent?

On the bright side, ALL COSTS will be borne by them, as losing party, which I believe will not be less than $5,000,000(see earlier posting).

The next question:

If they were prepared to accept this ballpark figure for an unsuccessful challenge, just how much was the requested license fee?

On an even brighter note... shouldn't 50% of the legal fees awarded($1.25million, on the above figure)be reimbursed to PTSC?
