It wasn't open knowledge about the review and even better it was the....
Federal Patent Court ...that handled it, not a review by the internal patent office.
Now why it wasn't open pubic knowledge, other than the fact that anyone of us probably could have Googled for open cases on the MMP worldwide,no one at TPL or PTSC thought to bring it to the forefront...maybe just a degree of caution till it was over...but IMo it should have been brought to our attention atleast in a Q or K or in a letter....
IN FACT, the Q's and K contain a litigation section about open cases that the company is involved with...I may have missed it, don't think I did though, but why wasn't this case in any of the recent Q's or K's.?????????????????????seems to me that would have been a SEC requirement, even if it was in a foreign court...
