One other thought. The 10k and 10Q are standard forms and have certain areas for reporting criteria. One of them is "litigation", which would mean to me that they are indeed required to report pending litigation. Have any of their previous 10's mentioned the "J's" litigation on a regular basis? That should answer our questions.
