Sorry, thought it would have been obvious. If this is only a reexam similar to here is the US, I do not believe it is necessary for it to made public. From what I've read, a requestor for a reexam in Germany has the right to have the party's name not made public, which also may have come into play. There are probably other possibilities as well.
