Re: if the uspto say all patents are invalid than they all lost the german market
I don't believe it would affect the German Patent. Now if the USPTO denied our patent on certain grounds perhaps they could be used in a German Court if the reason for denial applied also to German patent laws. But they would still need to be willing to bear the cost of litigation.
