I don't believe it would affect the German Patent. Now if the USPTO denied our patent on certain grounds perhaps they could be used in a German Court if the reason for denial applied also to German patent laws. But they would still need to be willing to bear the cost of litigation.

uspto is not for the world patentoffice in germany only the german patentoffice
