Nobody knows the details on th J's case they are sealed...but iI'd bet any smart lawyer made sure that the agreement they made covered them in any country on any patent....esp. since this action in Germany started back in '07 before they even "settled" with us...have to think they knew iof the action going on in Germany...JMO.
