This is true CC...unless...they had in the NDA that they can sell, market , etc.worldwide without fear of more infringement claims...so we have no idea if they can go into Germany or not until we ever learn about what is in that NDA...slim chance of that...unless we see the J's doing such with no threat of patent infringement occurring...imho
